  • Are you a licensed Private-Hire Operator?

Yes, we are fully licensed by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism.

 

  • Are your drivers licensed?

Yes, all of our drivers are fully-licensed and have gone through extensive in-house training to ensure that their driving, safety and customer service skills are the best in the industry.

 

  • What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?

We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched and as a result we do NOT charge you extra money if your flight is delayed.

 

  • What if I miss my flight?

Please do contact us as soon as possible. Because we monitor flight information, we will already have dispatched a driver. If you fail to inform us and the driver is dispatched, our Terms and Conditions fully apply, meaning that you will incur a full "No Show" charge. If, however, you inform us prior to the dispatch of the driver, we will place your transfer order on HOLD for 24 hours during which time frame you are able to re-book at no extra charge.

 

  • Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking. Please contact our staff for more information.

 

  • Are services charged per person?

No. All our prices are per vehicle and per service offered only regardless of the number of people.

 

  • Are you offering a travel insurance?

Passengers are insured only whilst in company vehicles.

 

  • Do you operate during Christmas and other Public Holidays?

Prestige Limousine Service operates all year around 24/7. We can also inform you about any local public holidays during which time some archaeological sites, museum etc. may be closed for the public.

 

  • What languages are available for the tours?

Drivers are english-speaking, but at an additional cost we can provide the service of a licensed tour guide.
